  The route starts from the historical monument – the Museum of Forest and Rafting, the history of which dates back to the mid-nineteenth century. At that time, Austrian engineers built a dam in Sokolovets tract on the Black River, which was used to raft the forest to Tysa. The forest was rafted using this dangerous method for almost a hundred years, until 1954.

  Tasty mountain water will give you more strength, and satisfy thirst. But do not rush, and look around from the local bridge. Listen to the silence permeated by the singing of birds against the monotonous murmur of water.

  Continuing your trip, and walking one kilometer, the path will take you to the highway, but the vehicles can be seen here very rarely. When you hit the road, you will see many panoramas and beautiful landscapes – a thick wall of young spruce forest, and a particularly beautiful view of Kamianka mountain.

  It is hidden among the mountain peace and silence, which is broken only by the singing of birds. Probably, that’s why people come here – to feel the pleasure of nature. There is an observation deck on the lake. Nearby, there is a table and benches where you can sit, relax, and have lunch after the trip. There is also a place to start a fire.
